Digiteam, through this Legal Adequacy Policy (“Policy”), establishes and undertakes to conduct its activities in accordance with legal and ethical standards, establishing a continuous update plan to maintain its integrity and allow transformation without forgetting legal obligations.

This Policy was prepared by Digiteam’s legal team and approved by the management, which undertakes to apply the ethics guidelines in the company’s daily life.

The Digiteam Policy is a set of procedures that aim to identify and adapt to all the regulations applicable to Digiteam.

The provisions of the Policy apply to all those who make up the board of directors of Digiteam.

For the purposes of this Policy, any and all employees hired by Digiteam, whether employees, service providers or interns, will be considered “collaborators”.
