Digiteam collects, stores, uses and shares personal information of employees, customers (its representatives), customers of customers, suppliers and other third parties connected to the company. These activities may pose risks to the privacy of data subjects and, consequently, Digiteam.

Given the importance of adopting and standardizing procedures that ensure the protection of this information, this Policy was created .

This document is part of Digiteam’s Governance structure in privacy and personal data protection, which aims to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, especially Law 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD), through the adoption of good practices in the processing of personal data.

By formalizing and adopting the guidelines established in this Policy, Digiteam seeks, in addition to meeting the established legal requirements, to demonstrate its commitment to protecting individual rights, promoting the trust of data subjects and strengthening the ethical approach to the treatment of personal information in all its operations.
