Digiteam, a private company, incorporated as a Limited Liability Company and registered with the CNPJ under No. 07.821.585/0001-50, reaffirms its values and commitments through the disclosure of this Code of Ethics and Conduct (“Code”).
The maintenance of good practices in relation to ethics and conduct is a collective and citizen responsibility. Being the target of continuous improvement, Digiteam’s Code of Ethics and Compliance.
This code is supplemental to the Digiteam policies and procedures that are in force. In addition, it also aims to promote compliance with the following laws:
- Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (No. 12,846/2013), together with Decree No. 8,420/2015);
- Antitrust Law (No. 12,529/2011),
- Bidding and Administrative Contracts Law (No. 8,666/1993 and Law No. 14,133/2021),
- Administrative Improbity Law (No. 8,249/1992) and Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (Law No. 13,019/2014)
- Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9,613/1998);
- General Law for the Protection of Personal Data – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018)
- Others applicable to Digiteam’s activities.
