Digiteam collects, stores, uses, and shares personal information from collaborators, clients (their representatives), clients of clients, suppliers, and other third parties connected to the company. These activities may pose risks to the privacy of data subjects and, consequently, to Digiteam.

Given the importance of adopting and standardizing procedures that ensure the protection of this information, this Policy has been created.

This document forms part of the governance structure regarding privacy and personal data protection at Digiteam, which aims to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, particularly Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD), through the adoption of best practices in handling personal data.

By formalizing and adopting the guidelines established in this Policy, Digiteam seeks not only to meet the established legal requirements but also to demonstrate its commitment to protecting individual rights, promoting the trust of data subjects, and strengthening the ethical approach to the handling of personal information in all its operations.
