Digiteam, through this Environmental, Social, and Governance Policy – ESG (“Policy”), establishes and commits to acting in accordance with internal and external standards related to the integration of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria in all areas of Digiteam‘s operations.
The ESG philosophy is ingrained in the essence of Digiteam since its inception, having been built on three fundamental pillars aimed at ensuring long-term sustainability: governance, technology, and human resource management.
The objective of this Policy is to establish the criteria and procedures for incorporating Digiteam‘s environmental, social, and corporate governance considerations. This approach aims to guide the conduct of its activities in accordance with current regulations and best market practices, with the purpose of minimizing risks and seizing opportunities for all Stakeholders.
Additionally, the policy seeks to provide adequate technical knowledge to its employees and other stakeholders.
All partners, clients, investors, associates, directors, administrators, interns, and other employees of Digitea (individually referred to as “Employee” or collectively as “Employees”) are subject to the provisions established in this Policy and must act as promoters of Digitea‘s Sustainable Development.
