Digiteam, a private company established as a Limited Liability Company and registered under CNPJ no. 07.821.585/0001-50, reaffirms its values and commitments through the publication of this Code of Ethics and Conduct .
Maintaining good practices regarding ethics and conduct is a collective and civic responsibility. The Code of Ethics and Compliance at Digiteam is subject to continuous improvement.
This code is supplementary to the policies and procedures of Digiteam that are currently in force. Furthermore, it aims to promote compliance with the following laws:
- Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (No. 12.846/2013), along with Decree No. 8.420/2015;
- Antitrust Law (No. 12.529/2011);
- Bidding and Administrative Contracts Law (No. 8.666/1993 and Law No. 14.133/2021);
- Administrative Improbity Law (No. 8.249/1992) and the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (Law No. 13.019/2014);
- Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9.613/1998);
- General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018);
- Other applicable laws relevant to the activities of Digiteam
